Sinopsis:

To Dear Myself adalah kisah tentang tiga orang wanita muda di kota sekaligus pengalaman mereka dalam pekerjaan, keluarga, dan cinta. Mereka memiliki hubungan yang erat satu sama lain dengan tujuan yang sama untuk sukses.

Li Siyu (Cecilia Liu) bersama dengan Chen Yi Ming (Zhu Yilong) merupakan pasangan yang kuat di dunia korporat. Li Siyu adalah seorang agen penjualan yang sukses, fokus pada karirnya yang sangat cemerlang. Sedangkan kekasihnya Chen Yi Ming adalah manajer yang selalu bersemangat.

Suatu hari, Chen Yi Ming kehilangan pekerjaannya dan menjadi titik terendah dalam kehidupannya. Karena hal tersebut, mengakibatkan terjadi masalah dalam hubungan mereka.

Zhang Zhi Zhi (Adi Kan) dan Liu Yang (Peng Guan Ying) merupakan pasangan yang sudah menikah.

Zhang Zhi Zhi adalah seorang istri sekaligus Ibu yang memilih untuk bekerja sebagai pegawai kantoran biasa. Ia juga memiliki impian yang sederhana dan merawat keluarganya. Kehidupannya justru mulai berantakan ketika, Ia mengetahui suaminya berselingkuh darinya.

Sementara itu Gu Xiao Ling (Chen Mi Qi) masih lajang. Ia memiliki harapan untuk menikah, namun ternyata kencan tidak semudah yang Ia harapkan. Hingga akhirnya Dia bertemu dengan Lei hao Wen (Li Ze Feng).

Bagaimana ketiganya dapat mengatasi masalah masalah masing-masing? Dapatkah persahabatan membantu mereka mengatasi segalanya?
